  • coffee with yogurt and a fruit

Monday

Lunch: potato gnocchi with cherry tomatoes, 60 grams (2 ounces)of bresaola, and 200 grams (8 ounces) of fennel.

Dinner: a grilled hamburger, half fennel with potatoes

Tuesday

Lunch: 60 grams (2 ounces) of pasta with fresh tomatoes and fennel and 60 grams (2 ounces) of taleggio.

Dinner: chicken breast with a pizzaiola and mixed salad with fennel.

Wednesday

Lunch: 60 grams (2 ounces) of basmati rice with fennel and chicory and rocket salad.

Dinner: baked sea bream and a fennel and vegetable cream.

Thursday

Lunch: 60 grams (2 ounces) of pasta with tomato, fennel salad, and a fruit

Dinner: cauliflower and potato cream, fennel omelet, and lettuce salad.

Friday

Lunch: 60 grams (2 ounces) of spaghetti with clams and fennel au gratin.

Dinner: 200 grams (8 ounces) of lean fish, 100 grams of raw fennel, and a pear.

Saturday

Lunch: Chicken breast with chicory and fennel salad.

Dinner: 200 grams (8 ounces) of ricotta, fennel, and apple salad.

Sunday

Lunch: a portion of lasagna with fennel and ham.

Dinner: 150 grams (6 ounces) of raw tomatoes, 125 grams (4 ounces) of lean mozzarella, and fennel in a pan.
